2022학년도 1학기 대학원 학위과정 지도교수 제청 및 변경 안내

2022 1st semester submission of ‘nomination (or change) of an academic advisor 

※ In case of any discrepancies between the English translation and original announcement in Korean the Korean version takes precedence over the translation. When in doubt, you are strongly advised to get help from your academic advisor or Korean colleagues in your department.

대학원생의 논문 지도 등을 위해 다음과 같이 지도교수 제청 및 변경을 요청하여 주시기 바랍니다.

To guide graduate students’s thesis etc, they should ask for academic advisor and academic advisor’s change as follows

1. 지도교수 제청대상 학생

   Students who need the nomination of academic advisors

가. 석사 및 석·박사통합과정 : 2기생(필요에 따라 1기생도 제청 가능)

     Master and Joint MA/MS/PhD degree courses : 2^nd semester student (1^st semester students as occasion demands.)

나. 학석사연계과정(학석사상호인정과정) 및 박사과정 : 1기생

     Joint Bachelor and Master and Doctor degree courses : 1^st semester student

2. 지도교수 변경원 제출대상 교수 : 현재 지도학생의 교수가 퇴직 및 휴직한 경우 

또는 기타 사유로 학생지도가 불가하거나 규정에 의해 공동지도하여야 하는 지도교수

Professors who need to submit ‘change of academic advisor form’

1.       Professors who can't supervise students because of retirement, leave of absence
2.       Professors who should supervise students as co-advisers under the specified provision. 

3. 지도교수 제청 및 변경 요청 기간

   Period of Requirement

   * 각 학과사무실 방문 또는 전화상으로 자신이 지도받고 싶은 교수님을 요청하시기 바랍니다.

   * 대학원 새마을국제개발학과 2차 면접고사 후 등록하신분들은 2월 14일(월) 15시 까지 지도교수 신청서를 제출하시면 됩니다.

   * 각 학과사무실 방문 또는 이메일(cc0843@ynu.ac.kr)(전자서명) 으로 제출 또는 주임교수님(한동근 교수님(dghan@yu.ac.kr ))께 제출하시면 됩니다.

      - 주임교수님께 신청서를 바로제출하신분은 학과사무실로 이메일 또는 전화를 통해서 결정된 지도교수님을 알려주시면 됩니다.

   * 학과사무실로 제청 전 반드시 교수님과 상담 후 허락받은 후 제청해주세요.

Please visit the department office or call the department by telephone to ask the professor you want to teach.
